Anyone who knows me well (or at all really) is probably aware of my almost sick obsession with Zara. I say "sick" because back when I used to work full-time in an office, I’d casually pop into the nearby Zara location upwards of three times a week just to see what was new. Now that work is more digital, I’ve taken to checking in with its website on an even more diligent basis. Because of that, when the Spanish fashion brand drops something new, I’m usually among the first to know about it.

It was on one of my far-too-regular scrolls through the new-arrivals section that I discovered the ultimate Zara find: a seemingly endless selection of faux-leather styles—and not just the same ones we've seen time and time again in fashion. Sure, there are plenty of buy-worthy shearling jackets, trousers, and oversize blazers to go around. But what stood out most in the collection were the silhouettes that haven't (yet) made a splash this season. Think monochrome faux-leather sets in shades of Kelly green (Zara's It color for the season and a fast favorite of Kate Middleton's), chocolate brown, and royal purple. Fellow winners include leather corset dresses, red leather leggings, and patent leather micro-minis. Intrigued yet? You should be.

Ahead, see what all the hype is about.

You Haven't Seen Faux Leather Like This

Green, brown, and now purple? Since three's a trend, you'd best get ahead of it by snagging one of Zara's many monochrome leather sets.

I'm calling it now: This is going to be the next viral TikTok dress trend.

These pants sold out in a matter of days. Get your hands on this bodysuit before it does too.

For those in-between days when a leather blazer isn't warm enough but a leather puffer coat is overkill.

With a slouchier fit and some added metal details, this jacket is enough to convince me that moto jackets are in fact still cool.

I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I think I want leather leggings.

These look about as close to leather as black strappy sandals can.

These days, a black leather blazer is as much a wardrobe staple as a standard-issue black one.

Catch me wearing this on the first really chilly day in New York.

It wasn't until I saw this look that I realized how completely essential a faux-leather puffer vest is.

Excuse me while I fall hard and fast for this button-down–trouser combo.

This shoulder bag comes in blue, orange, and gold, too.

Ponyboy called. He wants his faux-leather vest back.

So you agree that this jacket looks way more expensive than it is, right?

I, for one, can't wait to wear these long leather shorts with knee-high boots.

Now for Zara to make these in a handful of other colors.

Once the cold weather sets in, I'll be living in quilted everything.

Faux suede is equally as important as faux leather, especially when it's this color blue.

The perfect choice for not-yet-jacket weather.
