If you didn't already know, at the beginning of every month, we drop a fresh batch of Who What Wear collection new arrivals in Target stores and on Target.com. For January, we're excited to add to our winter offerings with a number of special pieces. From the perfect dresses to transition from the workday to evening events (in brand-new prints, might we add), to weekend-ready joggers and sweatshirts, we have something for every style type and occasion.
