After the over-the-top American royal wedding of the stunning daughter of musical legend Lionel Richie to the adorable British music executive that sent the internet into a tizzy and raised Richie Grainge's Instagram followers to upwards of two million, she has been given full It-girl status. The Sofia-Richieification of my wardrobe started right then and there. The thing I love about her style is that it's chic, elevated, and oh so luxe while still having a youthful feeling, as she is still only 24 years old. She has this sophisticated but not stuffy vibe going on, and I'm all about it. As someone who is also 24 years old, I decided to not let the whole "not a nepo baby of a music legend" thing hold me back from entering my It-girl era and just start dressing like one.
