The 25 Best Pieces From Marks & Spencer's New Spring Drop
Sponsor Content Created With Marks and Spencer

Most of the high street pieces in my wardrobe that have stood the test of time have come from M&S. I have a seven year old trench coat from there that still comes out every spring. They just tend to get it right— especially when it comes to the quality, and timelessness of their pieces.
As an integral part of the British high street, they do of course have a huge range of customers to satisfy. My Grandma and I can go in there and both find something we love (she is a cool Grandma though, I must admit), but that doesn’t mean the brand is scared to tap into the trends of the moment. Yes, they do the classics very well but often with enough of an updated twist that you’re still really excited to wear them right now, as well as for years to come. And isn’t that the sweet spot we’re all looking for these days, in a world where we need to be more conscious of our wardrobe choices?
The new spring collection is unsurprisingly full of these quality capsule staples that look much more expensive than their high street price tags, so, to make life easier, we’ve created an edit below of our top highlights.
Light spring layers, from the perfect camel overcoat to Chanel-style tweeds, are a key strength. Fresh knitwear ranges from fun bubblegum pinks (one of our favourite colours to wear this season) to chic collared numbers you wouldn’t be surprised to find on Net-a-Porter. And we couldn’t not include the brand new quilted versions of those beloved sell-out ballet flats everyone in the Who What Wear UK office wore to death last spring.
The latest denim drop also deserves a special shout out. It adds new trend-led fits such as the Flare, Balloon and Mom jeans, and more washes, to an already extensive offering. According to the brand, they are responsible for selling one in every 10 pairs of jeans in the UK, so it’s no surprise they’ve decided to focus on getting it so right. Plus, in line with their commitments to becoming more sustainably conscious, the new spring line is full of denim that doesn’t cost the earth. All the cotton used for their denim is 100% responsibly sourced, using less chemicals and 86% less water* than the industry average, so you can feel good about shopping them.
Keep scrolling, then, to shop our 25 top picks from the new collection, and find out how we’ll be wearing them this spring and beyond.
