At its core, fashion is the art of portraying one’s interior self to the outside world, so it makes sense that fashion’s biggest names extend across the globe. Though it may seem surprising at first, this is the exact kind of diversity that allows for a fresh take on fashion that enables designers to ascend to international acclaim.

While there is obviously still a long way to go in terms of representing different cultures and artisan crafts in the fashion sphere, it is refreshing to see the extent to which fashion has inadvertently interwoven such a spectrum of cultures already.
