Here's a real question: Is fashion just for rich people? The obvious answer is no, it's not, and the evidence can be seen everywhere from very successful bloggers whose entire empire is built on the idea that fashion can and should be accessible to anyone, and stores like H&M, Forever 21, ASOS, Zara, and countless others that continue to pad their bottom line with people who can't get enough of affordable, runway-inspired clothing and accessories.
But then there's the other half of the story: the people in the fashion clique with bottomless bank accounts and exclusive access to the world's foremost couture designers. The folks who have every single article of clothing custom-made to fit to their bodies, and wear nothing but designer labels. The people who drop thousands on a handbag without thinking anything of it.
These two parallel worlds in fashion, for now, seem to co-exist rather harmoniously. But is one more legit than the other? Do you have to be rich to truly keep up with fashion? We want to know your thoughts on the matter; share them honestly in the comments below!
