I know I'm not alone when I say that Mondays can be rough. The days are getting shorter, and the weather is getting gloomier, making the end of the weekend feel like even more of a bummer than normal. Luckily, I was met this morning with a glimmer of hope for the day ahead: H&M's mid-season sale—which includes deals so good you'll think it's Friday all over again—is finally here.

Right now on HM.com, more than 1500 women's styles have had their prices slashed, with deals on knits, outerwear, and dresses of up to 50% off. Of course, with a week's worth of meetings, deadlines, and assignments on your plate, you probably don't have time to inspect every last one. I, on the other hand, do (a perk of shopping as a job). And after doing a little retail therapy of my own, I went ahead and edited down this season's offering to include only the very best finds from the sale. Scroll down to shop my picks.
