I’m one of those shoppers who like to dive into the reviews before adding something to my cart. Sure, I’ll always make my own assessment on something based on personal style, but if others note poor quality and the like, I’ll often give said piece a second thought. On that note, I recently spent an afternoon scrolling through the pages of new arrivals on Nordstrom while researching for a story, and per usual, I read a bunch of reviews for the products I was interested in.
In the end, there were a good 26 summer items I noted as winners (with four stars and above) that I added to my cart. No, I wasn’t necessarily purchasing all of the pieces in question, but I added them to create a list of cool items to suggest to my inner circle if and when they ask for fresh recommendations to add to their wardrobes.
