Throwing on my boots and schlepping through the snow are my main memories of the last two winters in NYC. Oh, and wearing a frumpy coat. While I am a fashion lover, I’m also from the South, and snow and freezing temperatures still shock me every year. I’ll stay warm at any cost, and my outfit is always the one paying. This year must be the exception. Wearing a frumpy coat as someone who is only 5'0" simply doesn’t work for me anymore.
