Just Saying—This Unexpected Spring Shoe Color Is Prettier Than Burgundy, Tan, and Even Red
Gracie Abrams has helped us see the possibility of an unexpected shade for our shoes. While at the Chanel and Charles Finch pre-Oscars dinner, she wore a pair of Chanel green cap-toe slingbacks we haven't been able to stop thinking about.
Green has been trending for spring 2026 for some time now in the form of bags but not necessarily shoes. Honestly, we can't remember the last time we even considered the shade for footwear, but Abrams has us questioning everything we thought we knew.
While the color isn't necessarily the easiest to style with other bright hues, it does add a nice pop with an all-black look like Abram's. It'll also look just as fun against gray, beige or really any other neutral-heavy look. Consider it a grown-up take on Brat summer.
