If you ask any editor, they'll tell you that the best way to know what's cool at any given moment is to check their DMs, texts, and Slack messages. It's there that we all communicate—i.e. send links to products of all kinds, from shoes to bags to dresses—about the items that we ourselves want. Because of that, when I'm feeling uninspired or in need of shopping recommendations, my go-to solution is to ask my co-workers for the links they've been sending their friends.
Such is how this story came to be. In a rut, I sought out advice from the Who What Wear team, asking them to share with me everything they've been talking about nonstop. Ahead are all the links they subsequently sent me. From corset bodysuits to summer sundresses, this list is a treasure trove of must-see pieces. Below, shop them all and more.
"The stunning neckline of this bodysuit caught my eye even though I normally prefer regular tops. Since I purchased it, I haven't been able to shut up about it. It's a great thick material and looks super expensive."
"This is, hands down, one of my favorite tops I own, and I can't stop telling my friends about it. It's versatile, comfortable, and effortlessly cool—leaning into this season's preppy trend. I also love the fact that it's eco-friendly and made of natural plant-derived fibers. I'm not going to lie. I've been wearing it practically every day with jeans, shorts, relaxed trousers… You name it!"
"I talk about this cardigan plenty because it truly is one of my favorite pieces in my closet and always gets me compliments from strangers. It's comfy and has a great relaxed fit. The flowers add a unique touch, but nothing is that 'in your face' like other printed knits can be."
“I can't stop telling everyone how much I love the Cristina dress. The fitted bust that flares out into a midi skirt is such a flattering silhouette. I live in linen come summer, so I can guarantee that it will get more wears than I can count on both of my hands well before July. Also, every pair of shoes in my closet will look good with it, so there will be endless ways to style it.”
"I don't usually love formfitting dresses but decided to try this knit mini anyway, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how cute it looked. I plan on telling all of my fashion friends that they need this dress for spring and summer. (Bonus: It looks especially cute with sneakers.)"
"When I think about the ideal warm-day outfit, it always comes back to a little white dress. So when we first dropped our Cristina Spaghetti Strap Dress, I had to have it. I'm honestly so happy I got it. It was my favorite dress last summer, and I'm looking forward to wearing it again this year and finding new ways to style it."
"I'm recommending this perfect dress to absolutely everyone I know. The beautiful plissé fabric and very on-trend cutouts take this sweet floral dress to the next level. It's incredibly comfortable as well!"
"This is truly the perfect vacation shirt. Can't you picture yourself sipping mai tais wearing this unbuttoned with a swimsuit underneath? I sure can. It's made with soft organic cotton, and the stitching is not only chic but also gives you some extra ventilation for hot summer days."
"If you know me, you know I love a knit tank, and this purple number is going to be me all summer long. It looks particularly excellent under a blazer, and the crop is just right to make it perfect to style with all my fave high-waist summer items, from denim to skirts to Bermuda shorts."
"I won't shut up about my obsession with these trousers. Not only do they look super chic, but I also swear they're comfier than my sweatpants. Yep, I've already put them to the travel test and wore them on a flight recently."
"Everyone needs to know about this baseball hat, and that's a fact. The stone hue and black embroidery are as timeless as they come and add that immediate cool factor to whatever you wear it with, from leggings and sneakers to a pretty dress."
"I'm always on the hunt for a fun summer top that I can throw on with jeans and strappy heels for an easy outfit to wear out to drinks or dinner. The Issa top is it! Floral patterns can often read youthful, but there's something about the mixed flower sizes in this one that feels really elevated. While pairing it with denim is going to be my go-to move, I just might have to get the matching midi skirt too."
