This holiday season, in addition to a classic party dress, you're going to see several dress pant–and–statement top combinations. Whether you go for a unique neckline like an updated off-the-shoulder top or something flouted at the wrist, everyone should stock up on what I'm calling the "party top," aka tops with details like bell sleeves or interesting fabrics.
