I don't know about you, but I'm absolutely terrified to get that weekly report my iPhone gives me about my screen time usage. I feel like it's going to be up 200%. And you're probably sick of reading so much news and scrolling through Instagram. It's good for your mental health to take a break from the phone, so to keep occupied, why not pick up a book or download one on your e-reader?
