30 Birthday Gifts Anyone Would Love to Unwrap (Especially Me)
Most Wanted is a weekly series in which one editor, staffer, or influencer shares their top 30 must-haves or current wish-list items.
For as long as I can remember, I've been a big birthday person. What's not to love about getting dressed up to celebrate with my friends, blowing out candles on my favorite dessert, and unwrapping gifts? With my birthday exactly one week away, I've already curated my wish list full of fashion, beauty, and home things I'd love to receive this year. Capricorns are known for being organized, after all, so don't come for me. I'll admit some items are more realistic than others, but that's part of the fun. And some of these 30 items are so good I'll be buying them for myself and as gifts for my friends, too.
I live in ribbed tanks, but I don't own anything like this cutout iteration from Agolde.
A set of these stemless wine glasses would look gorgeous on my bar cart—just saying.
I've yet to tire of Fendi's Zucca bags. I'm torn between this one and the baguette silhouette.
I've yet to try a candle from Ouai, but I've heard great things. Plus, Jen Atkin can do no wrong in my book, so I'm sure I'll love it.
This leather miniskirt has been on my wish list for a minute now.
2023 is my year of travel, and I'd love to take this gorgeous suitcase along with me.
It's nearly impossible to be in a bad mood when wearing this sweatshirt.
I've been collecting the Assouline travel books, and I'm determined to own them all one day.
This mixed-metal ring is a splurge, but I'd wear it every single day.
The feather trim is detachable, but I can't imagine why I'd want to remove it from these chic pajamas.
I've been eyeing the Mini Jodie for years. Maybe this is finally the year she becomes mine.
I appreciate the versatility of two straps so I can wear this as a shoulder bag or a crossbody.
A great affordable gift option that will definitely get use right away.
