When it comes to denim trends, skinny jeans tend to be one of those more polarizing cuts. That being said, people truly tend to either love or loathe them. While I personally think skinnies are a classic and fail-safe choice, I do get those that prefer different silhouettes to freshen up their ensembles. If you are one of those people, you’re in luck. Below, I’ve rounded up five of the chicest spring/summer 2020 denim trends that are more or less anti–skinny jeans. And because celebrities are often some of the first to test out the latest trends, I looked to celebs like Hailey Bieber and Jennifer Lopez to showcase the looks.

Similar to flares, bootcut jeans (which have just a slight flair at the opening) are happening in a major way RN. For the most forward vibe, consider a longer pair that bunches at the bottom.
5. Classic Straight-Leg Jeans
