I Finally ID'd the 17 Products Kelsey Merritt Used in Her Frosted Peach Makeup Routine
This masterpiece blends warm and cool tones to perfection.
One of the things I love most about using TikTok for beauty inspiration is that it is a treasure trove of makeup tutorials created by the people who have inspired many of the season's most notable trends. As I scroll through endless beauty videos spilling the details of shopping hauls , GRWMs, and product tests, it's always a treat to discover these hidden gems. This winter, I found myself falling in love with Kelsey Merritt's page on TikTok. She has used her platform to share detailed beauty routines, usually with product names and recommendations sprinkled in the captions and comments.
In her most recent makeup routine posted in late December featuring ultra-precise contouring, glowing peach tones, and a frosty finish, the model shared the specific products in her video without listing their names and shades. In true beauty-editor fashion, I took it upon myself to scour the internet in search of the products Merritt used to create the effortlessly ethereal look, making sure to pay extra attention to how and when they were applied. Below, I'm sharing the 17 skincare and makeup products that you can snag right now to replicate what I've coined as Merritt's "frosted peach" look, plus some of my favorite essentials she's used in other tutorials.
The Makeup Tutorial Breakdown
Merritt begins by prepping her skin with Rhode's Glazing Milk, a potent, nutrient-rich complex with a milky texture that leaves skin hydrated and glowy while also working to support the skin barrier over time. She pours a generous amount of the product into one hand before gently pressing the product into her face, neck, and décolleté using sweeping motions. Its nourishing formula is further enriched by the ceramide trio (a skin-identical lipid concentrate) that smooths and moisturizes the skin and a mineral complex to defend against free radicals.
Next, she starts her glowy makeup routine by applying the Dior Addict Lip Glow Butter in 104 Black Cherry (a brown-red) to her lips. The gloss-balm lip treatment provides intense hydration and shine with the help of a peptide-and-ceramide duo that visibly smooths and plumps your lips for 24 hours. It also offers a subtle wash of color in two finishes, glossy and pearlescent, and five juicy shades.
From there, the model accentuates her signature fluffy brows by guiding them into place with the Brow Freeze Gel. One of Anastasia Beverly Hills' best sellers, this clear wax-gel instantly creates the appearance of lifted, full brows with a dual-action comb for easy styling and micro-bristles that shape, separate, and freeze each hair with long-lasting hold. It's also travel friendly and ideal for on-the-go application.
For a sun-kissed complexion with sculpted features, she uses this multiuse liquid bronzer, applying a few pumps of product to the back of one hand and stippling it lightly onto a bronzer brush. From there, she lightly pats the liquid bronzer onto the cheekbones and temples before using a smaller brush to apply it to her eyelids, sweeping it outward for a warm, diffused appearance. The SoftSculpt Bronzing & Shaping Serum targets areas with a natural second-skin finish in seven shades with hyaluronic acid and vitamin E.
One of the most essential parts of Merritt's frosted peach makeup routine is her use of the underpainting technique, which is made easier with the Underpainting Face Palette by M.Ph. She starts with the palette's nude pink on a small brush and corrects and contour her under-eyes, nose bridge, cheeks, mouth, and chin. Then, using the darkest shade on a large brush, she adds definition to the cheekbones, temples, and chin in sweeping motions.
To plump, smooth, and illuminate her complexion for hours on end, she pumps the Skin Tint Longwear & Care by Armani Beauty into one palm, lightly stipples it with a concealer brush, and applies a layer to her skin while targeting the cheeks, chin, and forehead. The skin tint offers lightweight coverage and a radiant finish with a combination of light-catching Golden Hour Pearls, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide. Suitable for all skin types, this skin tint is a must for any natural-looking makeup base.
Merritt's contouring doesn't end with underpainting. She goes in with the Contour Stylus in Travertine (a bronzed brown) by Victoria Beckham Beauty to bring more definition to her outer eyelids, nose bridge, bottom lip, and lower lash line. Merritt diffuses the creamy product on her eyelids with an eye shadow brush and blends the contour added to the nose and lower lips. It's a slim, targeted sculpting stick that allows for precise application with a moisturizing second-skin finish.
The model adds peach-toned warmth back into her skin by applying the Patrick Ta cream-and-powder duo in a rosy taupe, Not Too Much, to a blush brush and patting it on her upper cheekbones. The viral compact features a cream and pressed-powder formula that quickly melts into the skin for an unbeatable lit-from-within glow. This one uses patented biomimetic pigments to echo the skin's ceramide structure, micronized pigments for a long-lasting luminous finish, and a creamy emollient base to lock in color.
After lining her lips, Merritt focuses her attention on creating a stunning eye look with Hourglass's Curator Eyeshadow in Minimalist. The palette features four neutral shades: a matte neutral beige, matte muted taupe beige, matte charcoal brown, and matte deep brown. She sweeps the matte taupe beige onto her eyelid using an eye shadow brush, then uses a smaller brush to apply one of the darker shades just under the lash line to create a slightly smoldered look.
To add more depth the the upper lash line, she applies this eye pencil and blends it out with an angled brush for a diffused wing. She then takes the same eye pencil and fills in the lash line, pulling the eyeliner to the inner corner of the eye, then lightly smudging it with a detail brush. The pencil by Westman Atelier is crafted with a velvet-kohl formula that glides onto the lids with intense matte pigment without skipping or dragging. It's also easily sharpened for ultra-precise eyeliner designs.
Merritt uses the the Brow Pop Dual-Action Defining Pencil by Kosas in Dark Brown to darken and fill her brows. The micro triangle pencil is easy to use and has a thicker side to target sparseness and a thinner point for shape and definition. The formula is powered by castor oil to make sure brows remain nourished, shiny, and strong, plus panthenol provitamin B5 to revive them with each stroke.
To create long, luscious lashes, she applies KissMe's Heroine Make Long & Curl Mascara in Jet Black. Using a film-type formula, the mascara delivers long-lasting, lengthened lashes with smudge- and flake-proof technology. While this one sticks around all day, it can be easily removed with warm water and a gentle facial foam. It also uses nourishing ingredients such as camellia oil, royal jelly extract, argan oil, and wild rose oil to leave your lashes healthy and strong.
Merritt sets everything she's done so far in place with this setting powder by Charlotte Tilbury with a powder brush. After shaking off the excess, she taps the Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder beneath the eyes, across the chin, and on the sides of her face (mostly the cheek area). The ultra-fine setting powder offers medium coverage and is available in four shades to blur texture and reduce shine.
The last part of the model's makeup routine is all about adding finishing touches. Merritt uses Tom Ford's Soleil Glow Bronzer in Gold Dust to add a sun-kissed finish to the skin using a bronzer brush. She starts by focusing on her cheekbones and then adds warmth to the forehead, temples, jaw, and cheeks. The designer bronzer conditions the skin while giving the complexion a perfect, luminous glow with specialized pigments and a mix of cocoa-seed butter, mango-seed butter, and cupuaçu butter.
To achieve the frosted peach finish that makes this memorable makeup look ideal for transitioning your look from winter to spring, the model uses Dior's Backstage Glow Maximizer Face Palette in 001 Universal Glow, a combination of essential highlighting shades. She starts with the nude tan and applies it to the high points of her face with a small-yet-fluffy highlighter brush. The multiuse palette can be used to enhance the face, eyes, and décolleté with a chic collection of pearlescent, metallic, glitter, and duo-chrome finishes.
Next up: more highlighting! She uses the second edition of the Ambient Lighting Palette by Hourglass for a multidimensional glow and flawless filter. Blending all three shades together with a highlighter blush, Merritt sweeps the powder across her face—particularly on the cheeks and lower jaw—before stippling on the middle glowy shade as a blush. Merritt then applies the lightest cream-colored shade to the inner corners of her eyes. The palette features Photoluminescent Technology that captures, diffuses, and softens surrounding light to refine the skin's appearance.
Lastly, Merritt sculpts and shapes her lips to perfection with the Westman Atelier Lip Shape Liner in Cou Cou (a neutral pink-taupe) before she swipes on a beige lip gloss for a shiny finishing touch. The creamy pencil is designed to glide onto the lips without tugging, delivering definition with a hydrated matte finish in true-to-life shades. Plus, it has a creamy wax blend with micronized pigments for weightless color payoff.
