Everyone Tells Me I Smell Like Fresh Laundry When I Wear This Hair and Body Mist
If you want an influx of compliments, you need to know about this Fenty fragrance.

If you were to ask me about the best perfumes for women, chances are I probably wouldn't mention a body mist. Not because I don't like these products, but simply because it's rare for me to come across a body mist that stops me in my tracks. That was, of course, before I discovered a particular product from Fenty Beauty.
Rihanna's popular beauty line may be loved for its range of showstopping complexion products and out-of-this-world lip glosses, but the fragrances are not to be overlooked. The brand originally had one bestselling perfume, but earlier this year Rihanna introduced a newer iteration that's a whole lot lighter and fresher. In fact, whenever I wear this scent, people tell me I smell like fresh laundry on a summer's day. It's easily one of the best clean-smelling perfumes. Say hello to the Fenty Beauty Hair and Body Mist.

The Scent
This is an incredibly intimate scent that sits beautifully on the skin (and hair). It has that warm, comforting and sensual aroma that the original fragrance is known and loved for, yet it brings a freshness that makes it even more captivating.
Created in Grasse with top perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, this fragrance stands out from the crowd as it takes you on an olfactory journey from the very first spritz. Notes of magnolia give the scent a creamy, powdery opening that immediately makes me liken it to that fresh laundry smell. This is heightened by hints of citrusy tangerine. However, soon you are hit with notes of Bulgarian rose that add this rich, spicy undertone, before your senses are enveloped in warm, skin-like musks.
The Longevity
Now, it goes without saying that a body mist does not last as long as a perfume. Most body mists are often more lightweight and are designed to be topped up throughout the day. That being said, thanks to the rich, warm notes in this particular fragrance, it lasts incredibly well on the skin. Yes, I still pop the bottle in my bag to spritz throughout the day, but it's definitely not as subtle as you'd expect.
The Bottle
Again, I often don't expect a body mist to look that chic, but this Fenty one has exceeded all of my expectations. If I didn't know any better, I'd easily mistake this bottle for a luxury perfume. Plus, it comes in a 30ml size, which makes it easy to take out and about.
The Verdict
As you can probably tell, I'm a big fan of this fragrance. Yes, it's a little more expensive than your standard body mist, but it looks premium and smells so luxurious. If you're looking for an everyday scent that you can use on both your hair and body, you really can't go wrong with this.
