I Swear By These 11 Beauty Devices, and Psst—They're on Sale at Amazon RN
It's no secret that editors love to online shop—we basically do it for a living. That means when a sale rolls around, we're practically itching to browse and write about it. One such sale that we beauty editors really look forward to is Amazon's Big Spring Sale. Through March 25, you can snag a variety of discounts on beauty and wellness products across the board.
While I do usually enjoy perusing for skincare, haircare, and makeup, I always like to take full advantage of the discounts on beauty devices and tools because they're otherwise pretty expensive. Luckily for you (and me), a few of my favorites happen to be a part of this sale. Whether you're in the market for a good cleansing device, hair dryer, or flat iron, keep scrolling. I'm sharing the best beauty tools and devices on sale at Amazon right now.
Revlon's iconic One Step dryer is a Who What Wear staff favorite. (Check out our team review.) It makes styling your hair in the morning a breeze. While I have to admit that it didn't work well for my coarse, curly hair, I still think it's great for those with finer hair types that aren't resistant to styling. It really does provide you with a salon-level blowout in record time.
I'll admit I'm an in-office laser hair removal girlie through and through, but I found myself pleasantly surprised by how well this at-home IPL device worked too. It is a bit of a commitment in the beginning. You have to use it every other day for the first two weeks on your desired area, and then you can transition to once or twice a week. I used this on my legs, and it worked so well. I usually stick to a few smaller areas when I got for an in-office treatments and use my IPL device for larger areas like the legs. Honestly, give it a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I used to think facial-cleansing devices were a waste of money, but then I tried one for myself and absolutely loved it. It definitely gives you a deeper clean and can even provide a bit of light exfoliation for anyone who feels like they need that. You can use it for a nice facial massage or it can even help deep clean your pores for clearer skin over time.
If you're a makeup enthusiast, this is a PSA to buy an LED light makeup mirror. It's foldable, great for traveling, and features adjustable light settings. I can't tell you how many times I've needed better lighting for doing my makeup, even in my own apartment. This comes in handy for those times and costs a fourth of the price of a traditional vanity setup.
I once got a few tips from celebrity stylist Kristin Ess on how to create the perfect beach waves. They totally changed the game for me, and I still use them along with a deep waver like this one.
This multifunctional curling iron is great for creating curls of all shapes and sizes. I love that it includes a few different barrel sizes and even includes a round brush for creating a sleek-looking blowout.
I absolutely swear by my Conair hair dryer and Infintipro Rose Gold Ceramic Flat Iron ($23). I've used them both for years, and they honestly never let my coarse, curly hair down. If you're on a budget but would still like high-quality tools, you don't want to miss out on these.
I can't even tell you how many celebrity stylists recommend Hot Tools products. Every time I ask them for recommendations, this brand is a consistent favorite. The Pro Artist Black Gold series is particularly good. This flat iron reaches temperatures of up to 455ºF, so it works for even the most style-resistant strands without causing excess damage.
If you haven't invested in a facial steamer yet, now is the time to do so while Amazon has one for $27. It's so great to have on nights when I'm going the extra mile for my skincare routine. I like to use it before cleansing and before a face mask to really open up my pores and prime them for the rest of my routine.
I know using a facial roller feels like an extra step that you don't have time for, but hear me out. Jade rolling and using a gua sha tool really do help promote lymphatic drainage in the face. It de-puffs, sculpts, and works great in tandem with a microcurrent device.
Okay, I know it's not exactly the Dyson Airwrap, but it's definitely a cheaper dupe that happens to be on sale! This styling tool can be used in a variety of ways including creating loose waves or a '90s-style blowout.
