Once in a while, I come across an item that stops me in my tracks. As a fashion editor, I spend my days browsing different online retailers, and I have to admit that I've grown a bit jaded in the process. Something has to tick all the boxes to get my undivided attention in a sea of clothes. (Especially considering I've put myself on a strict budget these days.)

In the case of H&M's Denim Shirt Dress ($40), the price is pitch-perfect, the puffed sleeves are on-trend, and the A-line shape is universally easy to wear. I have to admit that I've always leaned towards denim skirts instead of dresses, but this denim dress is convincing me otherwise.
