While shopping with my mom growing up, I learned one important lesson: Black and white will never go out of style. Her closet looked pretty much like a checkerboard, and as I continue to grow my wardrobe year after year, mine close to mimics one as well. Sometimes I go for white paired with white; other times it's black mixed with even more black; but a lot of times, I'll combine the two, and it always makes me feel classic and chic.
