I grew up playing tennis but haven’t hit the courts much in the last several years. That is, until recently. I just started taking lessons again, and it feels so great to be back on the court and slipping into tennis gear again. Sartorially, the timing couldn’t be better, because tennis clothing is having a moment in the fashion space, and there are so many cool pieces that tap into traditional sportswear in reimagined ways.
Heritage brands like Lacoste and Reebok have mastered tennis gear that has remained iconic over the years, while newer brands including Sporty & Rich and Nylora have just dropped collections that fashion insiders are snapping up right now. As I’m starting to build out an updated tennis wardrobe, I’ve been on the hunt for some new pieces to add to my closet. Ahead, take a look at the tennis items sitting in my cart.
