There are a lot of trends bubbling up right now, and while I'd love to be able to invest in them all, I have to be smart. For the time being (because I know a complete no-shopping rule is unrealistic), I'm letting myself splurge on the few things I can see myself wearing often: flatform sandals, cut-out tops and dresses, U-shaped shoulder bags, and baggy jeans.
