After some highly scientific research (chatting to friends and tallying the shopping requests that come in via my DMs, very advanced stuff), I can conclude that most of our shopping lists currently include at least one of the following items: cozy winter coats, great-value beauty gift sets, on-trend boots, endless ideas for gifts, and chic knits—everyone seems to be in the mood for a new sweater.

I happen to think that socks and candles are excellent gifts. I don't know why we try to fight it every year. An honorable mention goes to accessories with trending whipstitch details plus these cheery olive oil and vinegar sets that seem to be the buzzy gift of the moment—I've spotted them in the kitchens of several chic friends recently.
