According to GQ, the Nike Air Huarache trainers have become the second best-selling Nikes in the U.S., after the more mainstream Tanjun. So what is it about the Huarache design that is so covetable right now? The trainer has a chunky sole that gives it more of a fashion edge. But the colourways of the shoe are also fairly neutral, so it doesn't matter what you wear with them, as they'll be the perfect addition to any outfit.
What's even more interesting about the recent popularity of this trainer is that they've been around since 1991. They were initially so divisive, however, that they didn't sell so well.
