I Saved 4 Outfit Ideas This Month, and I'm Telling All of My Friends to Try Them
As a dedicated fashion person, I'm always on the lookout for outfit ideas and inspiration from absolutely everywhere. Like many editors, I also spend browsing the internet and various social platforms and keeping track of stand-out looks that are equal parts chic and cool. I decided to highlight four spring-friendly looks that have been on my mind non-stop that I uncovered from the depths of Instagram.
Ahead I've broken down four looks, and where exactly you can shop styles to recreate these easy yet fashion-forward outfit ideas. If you've been in a dressing slump perhaps a Y2K moment, a trendy double denim serve, or other outfits can be just the spark needed to get the wheels turning. Keep scrolling to shop for killer outfits and where to shop them ahead.
Dress + Jeans
With a nod to the ever-so-popular Y2K aesthetic, the dress and jeans combination has been having a major comeback. I love this iteration pictured with a sheer knit or lace mini dress worn over straight-leg jeans.
Denim + Denim
Canadians aren't the only ones who can serve a chic double-denim moment. Whether you pair vests, button-ups, skirts, or jeans, the only requirement is to wear a denim top and bottom. There's something visually satisfying about seeing über-stylish denim moments—spice up your look with layers of necklaces, stacked rings and arm candy, and beautiful earrings. I'd even add a fun scarf or bold sneakers for a little pop of brightness.
T-Shirt + Maxi Skirt
It's no secret that maxi skirts have become all the rage. From tiered cotton styles to casual, cool denim options, maxi skirts have been rising in popularity. Pair the style with a long or short-sleeve tee shirt for a simple yet effective look.
Warm-Weather Suit Set
The temperature is rising and so is the need for summer-weight suit separates. Trade your wool blazers and trousers for a linen alternative. The lighter breezy fabric makes for a less stuff sophisticated ensemble.

After graduating from the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism, Chichi moved to Brooklyn and began hustling to make it in the NYC media world. Before landing at WWW, she spent some time at Vice Media Group, where she helped revolutionize Refinery29's plus-size and inclusive fashion coverage and even co-hosted a summer styling series. Prior to R29, she supported Bustle Digital Group's commerce team and freelanced for various publications.
Chichi is a multi-passionate, pop culture–obsessed television and music lover who enjoys a good concert and a yummy meal just as much as she loves analyzing cultural trends and throwing together a solid outfit. After work, you can probably find her bopping around the best L.A. restaurants talking about her latest ADHD-fueled hyper-fixation (e.g., Jesse McCartney's underrated career, TikTok black hole discoveries, and theories on the emo-rock music revival).
