Of all the winter items trending at the moment, I think my favourite has to be one of the most humble I've spotted for a few years now. Void of flashy colours or extravagant designs, this season all I'm pining for is a simple (you could argue "boring") grey cardigan. 2024's new-season grey cardigans vary from light grey tones to dark slate, but most I've seen feature a classic crew-neck cut and fall to the top of the hip for a fresh and modern finish. What surprised me most was just how many cardigans I found like this when I started looking, and all the best styles seemed to come from the high street. Whilst I'm yet to learn the origin of hers, I did spot Hailey Bieber styling the simple wardrobe staple at a basketball game in L.A., just as I was contemplating buying one for myself. A sign?
