Next week, I'm headed to Oaxaca, Mexico, for a good friend's wedding. It's my first time visiting the culinary destination and cultural hub, and while there is a weekend of wedding festivities taking place, I'm particularly excited to shop at the vibrant markets and check out the colorful textiles and artisanal crafts. Latin American brand Carolina K has some of the most beautiful designs, prints, and hand-embroidered details combining the artisanal work of different cultures. The unique beaded straps of this Slip Dress really got my attention (definitely Insta-worthy!), not to mention, the bold floral paisley print. The dress has a fitted silhouette, a softly draped neckline, and an open back that is equally sexy and sophisticated. This is a great option for the cocktail party I will be attending.

I was looking at a number of dresses that leaned into the lace-trim trend we're seeing everywhere this spring, but none stood out quite like this vibrant orange dress from ALC.
