From Silver Jewelry to Quiet Luxury—8 Trends Our Editors Agree Are Worth It

Despite the fact that our editorial team is scattered around the country, we're on the same page about many trends this season (well, every season). Let's just say that we're easily influenced by each other because we admire each other's taste. For example, when I saw our editorial director Lauren wearing red socks at the most recent NYFW, I immediately ordered red socks.

If you scroll through any of our Instagram feeds, you're sure to find some trends in common—I know I did, which is why I decided to write about it. There are certain trends this spring that pretty much all of us are embracing, and we have the receipts. If we do say so ourselves, you won't regret investing in any of our favorite trends of the season. So without further ado, scroll on to discover the eight current trends we all love, and shop my favorites for each.

Quiet Luxury

It's nearly impossible not to like the quiet luxury trend, as the pieces that define it are unlikely to ever go out of style. It's a "worth it" trend in every sense of the word.

Red Accents

Truth be told, this may be the favorite trend of the season among Who What Wear editors. We're fully obsessed with all things red, and find that the chicest way to wear it right now is in the form of high-impact accents, such as a pair of red socks or red shoes.

Silver Jewelry

Gold jewelry will always be near and dear to our hearts, but silver pieces are vying for a spot at the front of our jewelry collections as of late. And truth be told, silver feels fresher than gold right now.

Cinched-Waist Blazers

After multiple seasons of oversized blazers reigning supreme, styles that cinch at the waist are coming back. We're especially keen on styling them with more voluminous pieces, such as full skirts and baggy jeans.

Metallic Bags

We honestly didn't see this one coming, but metallic bags (and shoes, actually) are trying to take all of our money as of late. It's such an easy way to add a modern, forward touch to a spring outfit.

Rosettes

We called this trend early on and it's only grown as the months have gone by. Brands have fully embraced adorning basically anything with rosettes at this point, and so have we.

Fuchsia

The Barbie pink moment has become much more than a moment. It's still going strong after starting to infiltrate fashion early last year, and it shows no signs of fading. Our favorite way to wear it? Head to toe.

Maxi-Length Skirts and Dresses

Mini hemlines are certainly still important, but it's maxi ones that feel the freshest this season. From long denim skirts to long floral dresses, there are a million different options to choose from on the market.
