It's the best reward after months of frigid temperatures. But who would I be if I didn't take it up a notch and reward myself for getting through the winter? I've been spending my days shopping for items that prove that winter is over despite what the temperature indicates—I'm talking minidresses, swimsuits, strapless blouses, and even skincare products.
