20 New Ways to Style Your Crop Top

Especially during the hot summer months, we’re constantly on the hunt for those outfit additions that look chic while keeping us cool during the most intense of heat waves. As such, the crop top has quickly become an essential—a nonnegotiable when it comes to building our summertime wardrobe every year. With its skin-baring silhouette, though, it can be quite daunting to style. However, when styled with high-waisted trousers, topped with blazers, and mixed with elegant pieces like midi skirts and suiting separates, styling the crop top is easy and fun.

We’re taking a cue from the 20 stylish street style stars below when seeking new and fresh ways to style our crop tops this summer. We’re investing in more head-turning silhouettes when it comes to the piece itself, turning our off-duty denim looks into cocktail party–ready attire; we’ve raised the hem on our most classic of white T-shirts, allowing for the reveal of a tiny sliver of skin above a midi skirt instead of tucking in a longer style; and we’re going full crop with a bralette, giving our buttoned-up suiting a daring and flirty twist.

Get inspired with all that and more just in time for summer.
