Fact: No Other Perfumes Are More Popular or Sell Faster Than These 18

Perfume is so completely subjective that I sometimes find it to be the most difficult type of product to recommend within the beauty space. But also, I do love a challenge, and fragrance is a passion of mine. Of course, I can go ahead and dub a handful of "best perfumes" purely based on my own collection and personal go-tos, but at the end of the day, scent is hardly one-size-fits-all. What works for me may not work for you, or I might hate something you love.

However, that doesn't mean you should ignore glowing reviews and recommendations the next time you're shopping for a new perfume online. In fact, almost every editor I know, myself included, has discovered all-time favorite scents from scouring ratings at a popular retailer or watching a certain bottle catapult to popularity on TikTok. One surefire way to find a good perfume is to look at the best-selling options that shoppers are buying in surplus. These perfumes sell like hotcakes for a reason—they're intoxicating and obsession forming. Keep reading to find out what the best-selling perfumes are right now at Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, and Revolve.

Beauty Director

Erin has been writing a mix of beauty and wellness content for Who What Wear for over four years. Prior to that, she spent two and half years writing for Byrdie. She now calls Santa Monica home but grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and studied writing, rhetoric, and communication at University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. She studied abroad in Galway, Ireland, and spent a summer in L.A. interning with the Byrdie and Who What Wear family. After graduating from UW, she spent one year in San Francisco, where she worked as a writer for Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen before moving down to L.A. to begin her career as a beauty editor. She considers her day-to-day beauty aesthetic very low-maintenance and relies on staples like clear brow serum (from Kimiko!), Lawless's Lip Plumping Mask in Cherry Vanilla, and an eyelash curler. For special occasions or days when she's taking more meetings or has an event, she'll wear anything and everything from Charlotte Tilbury (the foundations are game-changing), some shimmer on her lids (Stila and Róen do it best), and a few coats of the best mascara-type product on earth, Surratt's Noir Lash Tint.
