I Love This Affordable High-Street Skincare Brand—These Are My 9 Favourite Buys
When I was a teenager, weekends would always consist of my mum and I popping into town to head to Boots and browse the No7 counter. I bought my very first bit of skincare from that counter (a No7 cleanser) and ever since then, my love for the brand has continued to grow. Yep, even as a beauty editor who has been lucky enough to try some of the most luxurious brands on the market, my opinion on No7 still remains. It is, hands down, one of the best affordable skincare brands out there. Not only does it have a wide range of products for all different skin types, but these products are highly effective and even rival their luxury counterparts.
Whenever I mention my love for No7, people always ask me which products I would recommend. While I would always advise popping to your local No7 counter to see which products would work best for your specific skin type, there are a handful of cleansers, moisturisers and serums that I would recommend time and time again for a healthy, glowing complexion. In fact, I couldn't imagine my skincare routine without these No7 staples. Intrigued? I thought so. Keep on scrolling for my edit of the best No7 products that come beauty-editor approved...

1. No7 Cleansing Hot Cloth Cleanser
If I only had to use one cleanser for the rest of my life, it would be this. That's how good it is. It has a super creamy formula designed to melt away makeup and dirt, while the accompanying muslin cloth helps to gently exfoliate the skin. All you have to do is apply one to two pumps of the cleanser to dry skin, massage it in and run the muslin cloth under warm water before washing the face. The result is a clean, radiant complexion that doesn't feel stripped of moisture. I will say that I prefer to use my own muslin cloth over the one provided, but I'm sure the No7 cloth does just as good a job.
2. No7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Day Cream
I have never received so many compliments on a moisturiser as I have on this one. In fact, just the other day I was getting my makeup done and the makeup artist asked me what day cream I was wearing as my skin looked so glowy. It's the perfect cream for those of you who feel as if your complexion is looking a little lacklustre, as it's formulated with the brand's firming complex (with hyaluronic acid and hibiscus), vitamin C and retinyl palmitate which is mild enough to be used on sensitive skin, alongside soft-focus particles to deliver instant results.
3. No7 Future Renew Serum
This No7 serum is trending on Boots, and for good reason. Part of the brand's popular Future Renew range, it contains Pepticology™, which is No7's exclusive, world first and patent-pending peptide technology, alongside hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and niacinamide to support the skin's natural self-repair process.
4. No7 Instant Results Nourishing Hydration Mask
If you have really dry skin, then you're going to want to know about this face mask. The nourishing formula drenches your skin in moisture and can either be used for three minutes for a quick pick-me-up, or ten minutes for a more intensive treatment.
5. No7 Pure Retinol Night Repair Cream
One thing I love about No7 is that most of their products are gentle on the skin. So, when I heard that the brand had its own retinol range, I was intrigued. This retinol night cream features .025% pure retinol alongside shea butter and bisabolol to help soothe the skin and minimise irritation.
6. No7 Laboratories Line Correcting Booster Serum
If you want a serum that is going to help boost elasticity, then this might be for you. It helps to target common areas for fine lines such as the forehead or under eyes, and can either be applied directly to these areas or mixed in with your moisturiser to give it a boost.
7. No7 Cleansing Melting Gel Cleanser
If you prefer a gel cleanser to a hot cloth cleanser, then you will love this. It transforms into an oil once massaged into the skin to remove any traces of makeup. Then, once washed with water, it transforms into a milk to leave your complexion feeling oh so soft.
8. No7 Pure Retinol 0.3% Retinol Night Concentrate
As mentioned above, No7 has a great range of retinol products. This 0.3% night concentrate is recommended for first-time retinol users, and has been formulated to minimise irritation often associated with retinol products.
9. No7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Eye Cream
Can you tell that I'm a fan of the Lift & Luminate range from No7? This eye cream is great for moisturising and awakening the eye area, which is why I always reach for it in the mornings. With shea butter, ginseng and hyaluronic acid, my skin practically drinks it up.
