The one thing that I am asked again and again as an editor at Who What Wear is, "How can I look expensive?" Well, the answer is never as simple as spending a lot of money. Mainly because you certainly can assemble an elegant and elevated wardrobe on a high-street budget. This summer, there is one accessory that I think makes any outfit instantly look more refined: linen or canvas bags in a taupe colour, typically with tan leather detailing or handles.
