Hundreds of Advent Calendars Pass Our Beauty Desk, But This One Impressed Me the Most This Year
Manucurist just launched not one but two nail advent calendars for 2026.
There are more beauty advent calendars to choose from than ever before. From perfume advent calendars to makeup, there's truly something for every beauty lover to choose from now (personally, I'd rather discover a new beauty product in the countdown to Christmas than uncover stale chocolate in my advent calendar). And for the nail-obsessed amongst us, there's one advent calendar that needs to be on your radar, from one of my favourite nail polish brands, Manucurist.
Manucurist Advent Calendars
Manucurist's Green Flash and Green Polishes are a favourite amongst beauty editors, nail techs and tastemakers alike. The brand makes some of the coolest, trend-led and classic nail colours you actually want to wear. The brand has two different formulas: Green Flash, a gel-nail alternative that cures under Manucurist's LED lamp for a longer-lasting mani; and Green Polish, which has more of a traditional nail polish formula. Having tried both, I can confirm they're brilliant, and you can choose between them in Manucurist's advent calendars.
Time to Flash! Advent Calendar
This one contains the incredible Green Flash formula, which looks and feels very similar to gel polish on the nails, with up to 14 days of wear (or 21 if you're using the Xtrem Flash Top Coat). It needs to be cured with Manucurist's LED lamp (below), and I find this formula is brilliant for when I want a longer-lasting manicure. Inside are 24 full-sized products, including some of Manucurist's most popular shades, as well as nailcare and tools to help you get a perfect mani. My nails have been so strong since using some of Manucurist's nail-health products, so this is a great all-rounder to keep your nails looking great over the party season.
Time to Shine! Advent Calendar
This one is all about the Green Flash formula. This is more like a traditional nail polish, so it won't be quite as long-lasting as Green Flash, but it's a great choice if you like to switch up your nail colour often or don't want to use an LED lamp. The calendar has 24 full-sized products and also contains tools, nail care products and some of my favourites from the Manucurist Active collection, which are like tinted moisturisers and liquid blush for your nails, infused with strengthening nailcare ingredients.
