I Asked My Coworkers for a List of the Chicest Beauty Gifts They Want to Give and Get—Here's the Reveal
There's something for every taste and budget.
I consider myself lucky. Whenever I need inspiration—fashion, beauty, wellness, home decor, or otherwise—I simply ask my (very stylish) coworkers. As fashion and beauty experts, they can curate a list of can't-miss recommendations in their sleep.
Since the holiday season is swiftly approaching, I decided I'd put my favorite cheat code to good use and ask my fellow Who What Wear editors for a list of the chicest beauty gifts—the ones they want to give and get in 2026. And they delivered, as they always do. Ahead, see their 32(!) selections, ranging from high-tech skin devices to French hair pins, decadent body oils, and more. Enjoy.

"Believe me. I'd love to tell you that LED face masks are a waste of your precious time and money, but unfortunately for all of our bank accounts, the instantaneous and long-term results are worth every dime. I've always loved CurrentBody's LED Masks, and I've frequently recommended the brand's Series 1 and Series 2 models in the past, but the brand new Series 3 has completely blown every other LED mask I've tried out of the water. This puppy has six different wavelengths to choose from (red, near-infrared, deep-infrared, blue, green, and yellow), and it will even customize your experience to use whatever particular wavelengths you want at the optimal doses for your skin. (And yes, you can use multiple wavelengths at the same time.) The customizability is unmatched, and this is by far the coolest tech device I own. I can't wait to gift one to my 78-year-old mom this holiday season—she's going to flip!"
"I'm specifically recommending Revolve's 25-day Advent calendar because it seriously includes many of my all-time favorite products. I typically don't gift many Advent calendars because most are 80% filled with products I simply don't enjoy. From Iconic London's Underglow Blurring Primer (the stuff is witchcraft) to Lemme's delicious Daily Debloat Gummies (lifesaving), this calendar is a true gold mine."
"At 33 years old, I've reached the point where anything that improves my sleep is therefore considered a beauty product. So while a gorgeous weighted blanket might seem a tad unconventional for a beauty gift guide, it's here, and it's divine. I have a medium-size regular Cocoon blanket in this adorable Sunflower Stripe pattern, and it's quickly become one of my favorite earthly possessions. I've been aching to get another one and since I've always been a huge fan of weighted blankets, this stunning moss-washed number has made it to the very top of my wish list."

"Eadem’s Le Chouchou lippies are the definition of an It balm. They’re deeply hydrating, gently exfoliating, and come in the loveliest cool-toned shades. I’ve flown through more tubes than I can count (Fig Sauce is my fave!), so this set of five is definitely calling my name."
"There’s nothing chicer than a beauty keepsake, and mark my words: The Ouai x Heaven Mayhem perfume pendants are bound to become future heirlooms. I’ve been wearing the Ibiza Amulet—a black and silver pendant finished with a black tassel—nonstop since it crossed my desk, and I can’t wait to buy three more to gift to my closet friends and family members. Call it a friendship fragrance necklace."
"I’ve had my eye on this treasure (that's the only word to describe it) since I scored a first look at a brand preview this summer, and I’ve been saving up for it ever since. Now’s the time to bite! It’s a true objet d’art that’s part home diffuser, part table lamp, as the Edison bulb brightens as you intensify the beloved Santal 26 scent. I typically use holiday gifting as an excuse to splurge on a beauty item I wouldn’t normally justify, and a $950 diffuser certainly fits the bill. That said, it’s an investment I know I’ll have forever."

"I’m just a girl who loves having a reason to reorder something she loves, and I’m probably on my third jar of this moisturizer by now. It’s the perfect lightweight formula and the scent is incredible. I love it so much that at one point, I had a jar in both my carry-on and my bathroom. Always prepared for an excuse to use it."
"My latest discovery, and one I can’t stop talking about. These clip-ins have become my go-to for an easy transition from the gym to a night out. Ever since realizing I can do my hair in five minutes with these, I’ve been finding any and every excuse to wear them. They blend seamlessly, look incredibly natural. Suddenly getting ready feels almost too easy."
"A $60 hot tool outperforming the $200 to $300 ones I typically reach for was not on my 2026 bingo card, but here we are! After seeing WavyTalk all over my TikTok feed, I had to try it for myself, and I'm so glad I did. The steam feature on this straightener gives me the smoothest blowout I've had in ages. Consider me influenced to try their other styles next."
Alyssa Brascia, Associate Beauty Editor
"I'm a huge fan of Lisa Eldridge as a makeup artist, so I'm dying to try her Betty Eyeshadow Palette now that it's officially back in stock. For the pan size and formula quality, I'm shocked that this palette isn't more than $65. It includes every shimmer shadow a girl could ask for for the holiday season (you can't tell me that the amethyst, silver, and sparkling taupe shades weren't made for dim rooms and twinkling candlelight), and makeup artists have raved about its versatility for ages. Simply put, I need it—and so does the makeup lover in your life."
"This little lip balm medallion sold out nearly immediately, and I'm dying to get my hands on one now that they are restocked. How chic that it can stick to your phone case, or that you can slip your hand into your dainty purse and pull out this golden treasure for touch-ups like a lady-in-waiting at Versailles? I hadn't had the visceral kind of reaction that I did to a product like this in a long time."
"I think nearly anyone would be happy to receive a Rhode lip-and-cheek set as a gift, and this one—complete with two full-size products for less!—is a sure crowd-pleaser. If you really want to lean into the holiday spirit, I'd suggest gifting Toasted Teddy and Espresso. Both shades wear beautifully on a wide range of skin tones and feel extra trendy as jammy, berry blushes and sultry lip combos start to crop up as the weather grows colder."
"I'm of the mindset that whatever celebrity makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes touches is solid gold (she does Dua Lipa's glam regularly—I mean, come on!), so naturally her brand's products get instantly slotted into my wish list. One of her signature tricks is to contour the lips with a cool-toned contour stick, but as these products are usually made to be sheer and blend easily into the skin, they are not very long-wearing on the lips. The makeup artist created her own svelte contouring sticks with impressive staying power for this very look, though it's also wonderful for smaller angles of the face that require more detail (i.e., the eyes and nose). I'm definitely nabbing one for myself and another for my sister, who would get a lot of use out of this nifty little stick."

"A $45 foot cream? Really? Those were my exact thoughts until I heard this very formula described as a magical salve that transforms dry, cracked heels into silky-smooth baby feet. While I haven't quite convinced myself to splurge on it, I'd happily welcome it as a luxurious new addition to my bedside table."
"I’m convinced that owning a joy-inducing bathrobe is the secret to making your post-shower and getting-ready rituals feel a little more luxurious. Maybe you throw on a face mask, light a candle, or take your sweet time doing your makeup—all while wrapped in plush cotton."
"My best friend just gifted me this set for my birthday, and let me tell you—I’ve never unwrapped a present and put it to use faster in my life. I’ve gifted Rhode to friends, aunts, and even my soon-to-be mother-in-law, and I can confidently say it’s always a crowd-pleaser."
Anna LaPlaca, Senior Fashion Editor
"Not to be dramatic, but my hair has never looked better than when I made the switch to the Roz shampoo and conditioner. After taking my dark hair to nearly blonde and back, the hydrating formula here has brought life back into my dry strands and now I'm completely addicted."
"The most stylish person you know is shopping for a French hair pin right now, and this style reminds me of the ones featured in The Row's summer 2026 collection. A beautiful piece to style or simply display on a dresser—plus, Machete offers a customization option."
"I've already bought this heavenly smelling body oil for the women and men in my life, so trust me when I say this one's a big hit. Pairing it with the Body Contour Tool would be genius."
Nikki Chwatt, Associate Fashion Editor
"Usually, I introduce my mom to new skincare and makeup products, but this time she introduced me to Bonjout’s Le Balm—and I couldn’t be happier. It's one of the few creams my dry skin doesn't absorb right away. I apply it every night before bed and wake up with soft, glowy, hydrated skin."
"NYC-based content creator Courtney Grow recently shared these sheer lipsticks on Instagram, and her recommendations are never wrong. Easily convinced, I ran to Sephora to buy one. All the shades are very wearable, but I went with Bêtise, described as a neutral berry because, when I tried it on, it gave my lips a natural, lip-blush look. I've only had the product for a few days, and I'm already obsessed. Next I plan to add the new Chocolat shade to my collection."
"It might sound surprising, but I don't own a red-light face mask. In fact, I've never even tried one. I've listened to friends and coworkers rave about the results they get from using theirs religiously, but I struggle to justify spending that much on a beauty device. That said, I've been intrigued for a while, so I plan to add one to my holiday wish list. While I'd be happy with any on the market, the Shark CryoGlow tops my list because of its under-eye cooling effect."
Allyson Payer, Senior Editor
"IYKYK brand Anfisa's The Lip Edit is one of the most giftable sets of the season. It includes a chic mirror, and you get to choose the shades of the lip treatment and liner. The glossy treatment is already an icon, and the new lip liner is one of the best I've tried."
Erin Fitzpatrick, Associate Director, Fashion News
"The concept of this pillowcase actually blew my mind. Not only is it made with organic silk, but it's infused with hyaluronic acid, squalane, collagen peptides, and silver ions to hydrate your skin, hair, and scalp. My mom is going to love this."
"If anyone on your gifting list is one of Morgan Riddle's million-plus followers, this is what you'll want to give them. It mixes freesia, tuberose, cold milk accord, and blonde woods. To me, it smells like the perfect cross between fresh-cut grass and romantic florals."

I'm not a signature-scent person. I prefer switching my perfume up based on my mood, the season, and the situation. I just think there's something so special about being whisked back to a specific time or location with a single sniff of a fragrance. That's why I love gifting this Jo Malone Cologne Sampler Set. It includes five of the brand's most signature scents, including one of my all-time favorites: Wood Sage & Sea Salt.
I'm firmly in my haircare era. As part of it, I've committed to using a boar-bristle brush. (ICYMI, boar-bristle brushes distribute oil from the scalp to the ends of the hair, which helps prevent breakage and improve shine.) This one went viral on the internet for being a "dupe" of a very well-known luxury hairbrush. All I know is that it makes my hair look stronger, shinier, and healthier. It doesn't look half bad while displayed on my vanity either.
I'm not being dramatic when I say investing in a chic vanity case was life-changing. It helped keep my go-to makeup products secure and organized, even while traveling, and added an instant sophistication to my setup. I can't recommend it enough, and I plan on gifting this exact one to friends and family.
