Last summer, I decided to keep it domestic and have more of an East Coast summer, escaping to the Hamptons every chance I got and making the most of summer in the city. While I can't say that wasn't a stellar summer, I was still jealous of the wine tastings in the South of France, beach days off the Amalfi Coast, and boat parties in Ibiza that filled up my Instagram feed.
