Does ELEMIS offer free shipping?
Yes, ELEMIS lists free ground shipping on US orders, with estimated delivery within 5 working days. If you need it sooner, 2-Day Delivery costs $15 and Next Day Delivery costs $25, and both need the order placed by 12pm EST. ELEMIS doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, and a signature may be needed on delivery.
What is the ELEMIS return policy?
ELEMIS accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund, as long as products are unused, unopened, with all seals intact and in their original, undamaged packaging. Start a return by contacting Customer Care with your order number, and send it back by post with tracking. Return postage isn't refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, and any free gift that came with the order must go back too, or its value is deducted.
Does ELEMIS have a loyalty program?
No, ELEMIS doesn't currently run a points or rewards program on its US site. The closest thing is Subscribe to Save, which takes 10% off every subscription order and adds free gifts at set order milestones, plus the 15% welcome offer for new newsletter subscribers.
