Does J.Crew have free shipping?
J. Crew offers free standard shipping for anyone signed up for J.Crew Rewards. If you’re not signed up, standard shipping costs $5. Your order will be delivered within 3-6 working days.
Does J.Crew offer a welcome discount?
Yes, you'll get 15% off your first order when you sign up to the email newsletter at J.Crew and the J.Crew credit card. J.Crew will also send you any sales updates and the occasional promos, and you'll get free shipping on your orders.
When are the J.Crew sales?
J.Crew has sales throughout the year on its “Sale” page. You’ll usually see the latest sales on its homepage as well. These have previously included up to 60% off for fall. You can search for women, men, or kids sales. Whether you’re looking for denim jeans or outerwear, the sale is a good place to go.
Does J.Crew have a student discount?
Yes. If you’re a student, you can get 15%-off your purchase at J.Crew. You can use this discount up to four times a year. You’ll need to verify your student ID through the online form on the J.Crew website.
What’s J.Crew’s return policy?
J.Crew accepts unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Online and phone purchase may be shipped back for an $7.50 fee or returned to a J.Crew store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
