How long does shipping take from Chico’s?
At Chico’s, standard shipping takes 4-10 business days to arrive on your doorstep. If you’d prefer a more speedy shipping option, express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and next-day shipping takes 1 business day.
Can I get 20% off at Chicos?
Yes. New customers can enjoy 20% off their first order when they sign up to the Chicos newsletter. Returning customers can still save with one of our tried & tested Chicos coupon codes.
Does Chico’s have a student discount?
Chico’s doesn’t currently offer a student discount. Students can still save when using the Chico’s welcome offer, by shopping the sale, or using one of our Chico’s promo codes at checkout.
What is the returns policy at Chicos?
Chico’s has a 60-day returns policy in case you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Please note that all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition for a refund. The cost of making a return is $7.
