I just returned from Montréal, and while it isn't Paris, the city's people, streets, and cafés had me itching to channel the French vibe into my wardrobe. It seemed like pure fate when I clicked into an H&M email and saw that the affordable new-arrivals section was full of luxe-looking pieces that captured the essence of Parisian style to the T.
