Whenever I'm looking for a quick and affordable fashion pick-me-up, I immediately go to H&M. The clothing company always has something chic I can buy to quickly satisfy my shopping urge—and, most of the time, the pieces I pick garner me tons of compliments. Now that it's officially spring in New York City, those of us who spent winter bundled up inside are more than ready to get back outside for days at the park, weekend brunches, and more.
