If you've been getting your period for years now, you probably have your routine down. You might have your go-tos for cramps, headaches, the rollercoaster of emotions, and other fun PMS symptoms. You know the "period" foods that are extra comforting and that make you feel good. You know how to take it easy or treat yourself better during that time of the month.
