I Work in Fashion, and I Think These Anti-Trend Jeans Will Be in Style Forever
Jeans are life for me. A good pair of denim is kind of like fashion's own superhero cape—there is no better feeling than slipping into really good denim that fits perfectly—and for me, the simpler in style, the better. At this point, I have pretty much stopped subscribing to denim trends and focus on wearing what feels and looks good for me individually instead. That means investing in anti-trend jeans styles that I know will be in style forever.
There are a few classic shapes that I have in regular rotation. A high-waisted '90s style is my everyday go-to, while pleat-front, denim trousers are usually my "office" jeans (or what I wear when I want to look a little more polished). Ecru denim is another favorite no matter what season—hello, winter whites!—and you can never go wrong with classic indigo washes. Below, find my five favorite anti-trend jeans with cute styling ideas to boot.
