Having also worked behind the scenes with some of the industry’s biggest brands and retailers, Shannon has a unique insight into what people really want from their beauty routines and has made it her mission to demystify the intimidating world of beauty. Whether she is filling people in on her specialist subject (fragrance) or writing about the best dark circle treatments, you can always expect her approach to be no-frills and totally candid.

While Shannon is the first to admit she doesn’t personally hold the answers to every beauty question out there, she'll regularly turn to her little black book of qualified experts for help. As a self-proclaimed lazy girl, Shannon has an affinity for long-lasting perfumes, fool-proof makeup products and does-it-all skincare.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Shannon in the bath (not a day goes by without an hour-long soak), dusting her immense perfume collection or giving no-holds-barred beauty reviews on social media from her bathroom floor.
