I Spent 3 Hours Sorting Through This Epic Skincare Sale—Here's What I'd Grab

If you're like me, you've been lulled into a false sense of sale-shopping security. After all, we're in between Labor Day and Black Friday (two of the biggest sale events of the year), and there are seemingly no discounts on the horizon. So we should kick back and expect to pay full price for all of our favorite skincare products, right? Not so fast.

From October 3 through October 11, SkinStore is holding a pretty epic Friends & Family SaleScore up to 25% off skincare products and devices when you use the code FRIENDS at checkout. Personally, I'm using this as an opportunity to get a head start on holiday shopping. Ahead, check out the skincare products (and a few makeup products) I'm adding to my cart before the sale ends.

I love this cleanser. Not only does it cleanse the skin without stripping it, but it also gently exfoliates with eco-friendly jojoba esters and firms with collagen-boosting peptides. I'm not going to miss the chance to buy a bottle for 25% off.

I don't want to say goodbye to my summer glow, so I'm grabbing another bottle of this St. Tropez self-tanner. You can leave it on anywhere for one to three hours for a golden, natural-looking tan.

Lately, I've been unimpressed with my dull, thinning hair. To hopefully liven and thicken it up, I'm going to add this scalp serum to my cart. It uses biomimetic peptides, organic pea sprouts, red clover, green tea, and caffeine to invigorate the scalp and boost blood flow. Over time, this results in thicker hair by up to 13%!

The same goes for my lashes. I want them to be thicker and fuller, so I'm adding this iconic lash serum to my cart. It's full of vitamins, peptides, and amino acids, promising denser, longer lashes in only four to six weeks.

Speaking of eyes, this dual-ended eye pencil is like two liners in one. I love the color combo too. Black and light blue look so fresh and sophisticated together.

I want to get back into dry-brushing every day. It sloughs off dead and dry skin, boosts circulation for a glow, and honestly just feels good as a self-care moment before a busy day starts.

Fall and winter bring dry, flaky skin. I'm going to get out ahead of it with this soothing and moisturizing balm. It uses milk thistle oil, niacinamide, and Avène thermal spring water to strengthen the skin barrier and boost the production of essential lipids and ceramides. In other words, it's like a Uno reverse card for dry, irritated skin.

These cucumber-infused eye patches are sure to keep my tired eyes looking fresh and awake all fall and winter long. I like to keep these in the fridge, so when I go to use them, the hydrating and de-puffing powers are amped up by the cold.

This foundation is seamless. It blends into the skin with barely any effort and provides a luminous finish that mimics post-facial skin—yes, really. It's expensive, but if there was ever a time to buy it, it's now.

This classic French pharmacy lotion keeps my limbs soft and moisturized without a heavy residue. It's all thanks to aloe vera, shea butter, and vegetal squalane.

This new version of Elemis's classic Cleansing Balm is scented with fig, raspberry, and bergamot. The goal is to create a luxe cleansing experience that's reminiscent of a Mediterranean summer evening. Sold.

If you haven't tried this highlighter yet, I don't know what you're waiting for. It provides the softest, most natural glow—think the luminescent radiance of candlelight.

The star ingredient in this bump- and breakout-banishing mask is Icelandic glacial water. There's also Icelandic kelp and white willow bark, and together, these ingredients provide a cleansing, soothing, and antibacterial effect.

Body oil is a fall and winter must-have. I'm snagging a bottle of this anti-cellulite oil that uses birch leaves, rosemary, and butcher's broom to boost the skin's metabolic systems.

There's nothing I love more than a seasonal three-wick candle to put on my coffee table. This one is pretty much the epitome of fall with notes of wild pumpkin, spicy masala chai, cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon. Yeah, I'm scooping it up.
