How long does SheMed delivery take?
Most SheMed deliveries typically take 1-2 working days, depending on when they are dispatched. When it has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information.
Is there a SheMed NHS discount available?
Yes. Key workers can receive an exclusive discount with the SheMed NHS discount. Simply confirm your key worker status via Blue Light Card and enter your unique code to redeem your discount at checkout.
Can I cancel my SheMed plan?
Yes, you’ll be able to cancel your monthly plan at any time, provided it is 21 days before your next scheduled payment. If you’d prefer to cancel early, you may have to pay an additional fee.
Does SheMed accept returns?
SheMed does not accept returns as a result of the nature of their products. It’s worth mentioning that you can still cancel your order 21 days before your payment is due.
