Dermstore offers free US shipping on all orders over $50. Alternatively, standard shipping for orders under this amount will cost $7, whilst expedited shipping costs $10.95, and overnight shipping costs $29.95.

Dermstore is currently unable to accept a pre-purchased gift card as a payment option during checkout. If you have a gift card you wish to use for your purchase, please get in touch with the customer service team. The Dermstore team will add the balance of the gift card to your account as credit, which can then be applied at checkout when you are completing your order.
Does Dermstore accept returns?
Dermstore accepts returns within 60 days of the date of purchase when the products are in pristine condition, meaning they are unopened and unused with all seals intact. Exchanges aren’t offered - Dermstore recommends returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct item.
