Does Credo offer free shipping?
Credo offers free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will incur an $8.50 shipping charge for DHL, FedEx, or USPS ground transportation. Credo ships within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, it doesn’t ship Internationally or to Puerto Rico, Canada, Micronesia, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Does Credo have an email newsletter offer?
Customers will receive a 10% discount code to use towards their next purchase when they sign up to receive the Credo email newsletter. Not only will you be able to make some excellent savings, but you’ll also be the first to hear about the latest news, offers, sales, and more.
Can I shop for the Credo sale?
Credo runs sale events during seasonal sales such as Christmas and Black Friday, but you can also shop the sale all year round by heading to the ‘SALE’ page on the Credo website. It’s a great way to invest in some new beauty products without spending too much money.
What forms of payment does Credo accept?
Credo accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offers pay-over-time options like Afterpay. This allows you to split your purchase into four payments made every two weeks. Combining your Credo promo code with a pay-over-time option is another great way to make online beauty shopping more affordable.
Does Credo accept returns?
Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt and you’ll receive a refund back to the original method of payment. Credo doesn’t accept returns on last-call items or items that have been substantially used. You will need your order number and the ship-to zip code for any return. You are able to return your item for store credit, receive a refund, or exchange for a different shade if you ordered a makeup product. Return costs back to Credo’s warehouse are $5. You will be provided with a prepaid label or USPS QR Code to drop off at your local post office.

Level 2 status is achieved when you spend $350 per year and you’ll then earn 1.5 times the points for every dollar spent. Once you reach Level 3 by spending $1000 per year, you will then earn two points for every dollar spent and will receive free shipping on all your orders. Free shipping is also provided to Level 1 and 2 members on orders over $50.
