I make a lot of Saturday Night Live references in daily life, but one of my favorite bits to call upon is the one sketch about sweater weather with Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph. It's a banger every single fall without fail. The second the leaves start to fall and the air turns crispy, I'm always thrilled to bust out my favorite sweaters. Or, you know, buy a couple of new ones!
One of my favorite places to buy sweaters is J.Crew. They have a healthy mix of cashmere and cotton fabrics along with crewneck, V-neck, and cardigan silhouettes. I strongly suggest dipping your toes into the color trend of the moment: red. But if you're more of a neutrals lover, that's okay too.
