As one of the leading influencers in the wellness space, Hannah Bronfman needs no introduction. The multi-hyphenate DJ, entrepreneur, and founder of HBFit (a digital destination for all things health, beauty, and fitness) has always been a big advocate for making space to take care of yourself.

Now that Bronfman has a 5-month-old in tow, she's more protective of her self-care rituals (which include time to cuddle with her son in the mornings) than ever. Keep scrolling to see the rest of her a.m. wellness practices.

My typical morning routine starts when Preston wakes up. I get up and go into his room for some morning cuddle time, which is one of my favorite moments of the day.

After my special time with Preston, I like to do my daily meditation. These days, my favorite place to meditate is on our back patio because the weather has been so nice. Meditating sets the tone for my day and really balances me. I always notice a difference in my mood when I meditate and when I don’t, so I really make the time for it in my routine.

Once my meditation is finished, it's time for me to take Preston on a walk, which I started going on once he was born. I find that it's a great way to get your body moving in the morning. Sometimes I’ll stop and do a mini stroller-workout series, focusing on my legs.

After my morning walk with P, I start getting ready for the day, starting with my skincare routine. As someone who has always loved skincare, I use my routine as a special "me”-time moment, and it’s very therapeutic for me.

I start by cleansing my face with Consonant Natural Foaming Face Wash, and then apply the Tatcha Dewy Mist and CosMedix Hyaluronic Acid. I let my first round of serums settle into my skin while I brush my teeth.

Oral care is super important to me, so I really take the time to brush my teeth and give them the TLC they deserve. I love using the new Pronamel Mineral Boost, which helps to protect my enamel and makes my teeth feel healthy and fresh, which is why it’s a staple in my morning routine.

Once my teeth are clean, it’s time for my next layer of serums. I’m currently using the Soma Ayurvedic Vitamin C Serum and Summer Fridays Cloud Dew Gel Cream.

Depending on what’s on my agenda for the day, I will do a light makeup look for my Zoom meetings. Today I just put on some BareMinerals concealer, Kosas Air Brow eyebrow gel, Saie Dew liquid blushFollain Lip Balm, and called it a day!

Now I am ready to make my collagen coffee before heading into my Zooms. My daily coffee recipe is a pistachio milk latte (if you haven’t tried pistachio milk, it's insanely good; the brand I love is Táche Milk) and a few drops of Rainbo Super Multi-Mushroom Synergy and Imbibe Miracle CollagenThis combo has been my go-to for years. I’m a huge fan of collagen coffee in the a.m.

Once I’ve got my coffee, it’s time to get the day started. I’ll sip my coffee while checking emails and then hop on zoom calls for the rest of the day!
